Yesterday we transferred from Bell Mobility.
Calls work, and data works. SMS does not work.
iMessage is stuck 'verifying' against my phone number.
Require help @CS_Agent

Thanks - once I got thru the chatbot, I submitted a ticket. The agent did a "network reset" on their end and it worked.
Now going thru the same thing for my wife

Had same issue when transferring from Virgin earlier this week.
Chat Agent had to adjust something internally on PMs end and all is good now.

@JM00 There's currently a known issue with SMS texts that customer service need to fix, you can open a support ticket using the chat/message icon bottom right of this page.
