Not happy with Public Mobile, but willing to stay if plan is matched.

Hi,

My husband and I have experienced poor reception since switching to Public Mobile late 2023. I was looking to switch to Freedom Mobile for their $34 per month, for 50GB Canada-US plan, but I also saw Public offering the same plan. 

I wasn't able to switch this plan online, does anyone know if Public Mobile can plan/price match their competitors?

no price matching here. If you currently have a $15 or $25 plan, PM MIGHT allow you to upgrade to your preferred plan but if you have something more, well..I doubt if they'd give it to you.

@AnnabelleC  That’s because it’s a new activation only plan . But some have confirmed and verified getting this plan just by asking support . Best of luck
