Not getting the data plan that I signed up for

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

In late November Public Mobile had a special of 15GB for $40. 

 

I signed up and all appeared fine, until now. I'm looking at my current data plan and it's showing 4GB for $41.25.

 

What happened to my 15GB for $40 plan and how do I get it back?

Your probably looking at old cached information.

 

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.  Try again.

Log into self service again but clear your browser cache and go incognito. You are probably looking at a cached version.
