Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I've tried a reboot and have an active plan. Even after the reboot the phone is still "searching" for a service connection.

Hi Debbie,
Have you logged in to make sure your payments are up to date? When was the last time you had phone service. Have you tried rebooting your phone?
