Not getting service

Hello @CS_Agent in our Community,

My phone's service isn't working. I've double-checked that it's not on airplane mode and I'm unsure of the next steps.

Hi @Chalupa_Batman,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I've tried a reboot and have an active plan. Even after the reboot the phone is still "searching" for a service connection. 
Thanks for the link to contact an agent. I was having trouble locating it.

Hi Debbie,

Have you logged in to make sure your payments are up to date? When was the last time you had phone service. Have you tried rebooting your phone?
