Is there a problem with the new system not accepting account credit for payment?
I just went in attempts to change my plan, and it will only let me pay using the credit card on the account, is it not going to let me use account credit?
Does this mean I also won't be able to pay my bill? Because I have $96 on my account that I put on there with vouchers and redeeming points.
Will it not be automatically used like automatic payment?
