Thanks, I've done this but still waiting on a response does it usually take this long? Also tried doing it in the chat but not able to set up a ticket there

@Rebach Please open a ticket with support. I believe they can help to setup the account for you first as long as you can provide them the sim card number. Once it is setup, then you can login and add the credit card info

I am in Canada but my App Store is stuck on the Australian store so i can’t get the app

@Rebach With the upgrade of My Account, you can only use the PM app to activate
Are you not in Canada?
you might need to have a friend to help to activate then
