Not able to renew my subscription

Tried making payment multiple times and it keeps repeatedly showing error and I am cut out of my services too

its not because I don't have money in my acct

just curious do you have a master card on the system? there might be some issue with MasterCard payment with PM in the last week

please wait a full hour before you try again.  You can start trying by dialing *611 if you know the four digits account pin, of not, try paying via My Account once more 

if that still does not work, message support here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
if you need to resume your service urgently,  you can buy a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611
