I just join this provider few days ago and transfered my number. I am now able to send sms, call out and receive call but not able to receive any sms. What can I do to receive any SMS?

Ongoing issue for new activations PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
