My voicemail had been working for over 2 years now and suddenly when the call forwards to voicemail, you get a busy signal. I haven't changed any settings. I was able to access voicemail by dialing 1 on my phone and my greetings are there. There are no messages because I guess no one call leave any. So now I'm paying $6 a month more for less service than I had before. Can't get help. Had to change my user name to type this because it kept trying to get me to set up a new name even though I had set it before. All the more reason that I will be leaving PM.

I had tried resetting forwarding, it changed nothing. I had tried the Chatbot with no success. I just did it again and asked to submit a ticket and this time got that option so I was able to submit a ticket. It shouldn't be this hard to get help.

dial ##004# to reset all forwarding
if that does not help, ask support agent to reset the voicemail for you
