I would like to change my plan to this one but there is no option for me to change this plan even in app and website.

I just join this provider few days ago and transfered my number. I am now able to send sms, call out and receive call but not able to receive any sms. What can I do to receive any SMS?

Thank you guys, I just changed my plan to 30 immediately and changed to the 35 plan successfully
