Never received sim card....help!!

2 months without an active plan? I bought my Sim from a mall kiosk and  CS agent refunded me $10. You could also order through Amazon for $10 (if you have prime) and get it the next day.  Just now noticed that you can now buy a PM sim  for $4.99 from Amazon.

When you order a SIM card through Public Mobile itself, it can take up to 3 weeks in the mail as it is sent via Canada Post. Sadly there is no tracking number given. So it's just a waiting game. If you don't wish to wait any longer, the two options you have are...

If you pay anything out of pocket for the SIM card, you can create a ticket to a CS Agent and they can refund the purchase price to your account as an account credit. Please note they are not able to refund the taxes.

It could take 3-4 weeks to receive the SIM card.

Public Mobile says for customers to expect delivery in about 10 business days.  Has it been 2 weeks?  If so please send a private message to the username CS_Agent.
