Not able to process any payments for account on 90 days plan

Tried a bunch of different cards (Visa, Mastercard and Debit) and it's not processing. Now my service is on hold. What should I do?

 I do not have the "Manage credit card" link available.

Did you ask Moderator_Team to set you up the Autopay for you?.

Any more than 3 attempts will cause the credit card number to be blocked!!!

Is that the way you tried to register your cards?

@Violet0  If your address on credit card statement is printed in capital letters then you should follow it exactly. Try to copy your address to the letter.

I have sent 6+ messages to Mods who have not been helpful in resolving this AT ALL. Most terrible experience I have had by far. I had to use vouchers to get my service back but I don't want to stick with Public Mobile if I can't even use a credit OR debit card to pay.

 

I keep on getting this page after autopay. Changed my address to match EXACTLY to the address I have on my payment cards and I verified that the cards work in real life.

 

Can't get help and so frustrating.

The best thing to try first is to clear your cache,or try another browser and use incognito mode. This usually clears the issue .I know a bit of a hassle
