@Alex888 guessing this is a bingo. @kenadian probably assumes (as some have in the past, also incorrectly) that PM offers pay-as-you-go/pay-per-use rates on calling, which they do not. With some pre-paid plans at other carriers, you can load some funds into your acocunt and then make calls at a $x.xx/min rate which deducts from your balance until zero. PM is the oppostie, @kenadian : you have to pre-purchase all services.

@kenadian Does your self serve portal show that your plan is active? What was your renewal date?

Secondly...which plan did you subscribe to ? Have you exhausted your calling minutes ?
