Changing plan

I registered for a public mobile account today and ended up enrolled in all the wrong things on a 90 day cycle. What I want is the $45 plan with 4gb of data, what I have is data and US texting (i don't need that at all) - is there a way to change my plan now without having to wait until it renews in 90-days? please help, this plan isn't very usable as is.

@ericlaudrum You can do an immediate plan change, but you would have to pay the full cost of the new plan immediately with no refund from the plan you are currently on. If you set it to change on your next renewal date you won't lose anything.

US texting? The add-on? For curiosity maybe you could post a screen snip of your overview page. Blank out personal info of course.

You probably cannot get a refund but you can ask the moderators to adjust your plan to better suit your needs: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
