I set up a phone for a campaign and I’m trying to log in but it says the email /password is invalid. My visa is on the account with autopay, how can I stop the account

@Ulanya - Did you ever log in to your self serve? If not, you can manually create your self serve by using the Create account link on the right side of the main page. If you know your self serve account exists, and cannot remember password, try the reset password. If that doesn't work, or you don't get an email within the hour, you will need to contact moderator team.
