I am going into town - 45 min drive - to get a different sim card to start cell service with someone else. I see no way to follow up on an outstanding service ticket. Its been July 12th- so one month!!! All I want to do is change to to my new credit card... seems Public does not want my business The BOTS suck and the directions here just keep looping around to the same issue..... no service

Yes SIMon can be a dingbot. It shouldn't be long for a reply from a CSA. I just submitted a private message myself. I will update you when I get a reply to see if you have recieved one as well.

tried turn off device and take out SM card and insert back on.

if your service not working get verification code by email,
tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,
if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers
and add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
