I didn't authorize for auto pay!!! money was taken out of my account

Are you a relatively new customer? New customers are automarically enrolled in pre-authorized payments unless you go in afterwards and manually disable it.

contact support team by CS_Agent to remove it.
@jaswang You can disable Pre-Authorized payments by logging into Payment page, click Manage Payment Method and then disable Pre-Authorized payment there
Thank you. the scary thing is that I don't have auto pay on and money was deducted from the account automatically.
I recall I've disabled and I logged on and I checked but still money was taken out.
