Have been with Public Mobile for a couple years. The Feb 6 payment came out. I received numerous "no sim card installed" messages on my Iphone 12 Plus. Now it shows no carrier. In order to upload a carrier I need a bar code. Any help would be appreciated. Was there a Public Mobile update?

Just to let everyone know I took my phone into Apple. They ran a diagnostic on it and they said everything looked good. I went to kodoo and they installed a new SIM card and so far I haven't had any more "no sim card installed". My fingers are crossed. Thank you for all your help. What a great community! Love Public Mobile!!

Great that the IOS update help fix your issue!
Apple sent the IOS 15.4 Beta and there should be an IOS 15.4 RC sent to developers and testers to find bugs before the public 15.4 is sent out to the general public.
I am hoping 15.4 will fix the System Data in my phone. It is up to 45gb now when it should be down to 20gb. My iPhone only have 64gb internal storage.

HI @salexand glad it works. Yes, sometimes reseating the SIM (take it out and put it back in) actually helps

Happened to me once - my fix was to re-set my phone. In other words I completely erased my phone and re-set it. Caveat - before you erase your phone make absolutely certain that you back up all your documents and photos.

I tried my SIM card in my daughters phone and it worked. Funny though when I put the SIM card back in my phone it is now working in my phone. It is a really mystery. I am was on 15.2.1 so I am going to update to 15.3.1 and see if that helps. It is odd that 15.4 doesn't come up.

I just looked and I am actually on 15.2.1. I am going to try to update to 15.3.1 and see if that helps.

No known Public mobile update.
Do you have eSIM enabled by accident? Public mobile does not support eSIM.
The IOS 15.4 beta glitch seems to affect data use.
You could also try the SIM card in another phone. To help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

@salexand
There seems to be an issue with IOS 15.4 beta update in the newer iPhones.
It is OK if you have IOS 15.3.1 so check in Settings>General>Software Update.
If you have IOS 15.4 beta, you need to remove and install 15.3.1.
There is a member who change the 15.4 beta setting for it to work.

@salexand the message says a bar code?
Can you show the message from your device?
Try removing your SIM card, then reinserting it.
Also, try restarting your phone and perhaps performing a reset of you network settings?
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
