Since this afternoon I was not able to call/text, it shows bars but no LTE/internet, Search Networks show only ROGERS networks. Is the tower down?! Is there a way to find out? Thanks!

which area you are in?
@Justi who is from port elgin Ontario is having the same issue, the phone only sees Rogers network

@recaptcha instead of *611, call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for English and then enter your phone number, check if the system cam locate your account
I so, try Reset All Networks and see if it works
change to 3G only and see if it works

No, it's not my renewal day, and my cc is valid. Can't dial *611, it shows 'Emergency call only'.

@recaptcha Does today happen to be your renewal . Is your credit card expiry still valid ? Can you log into your account is it active or on hold you can also dial *611 to find out

Dumb question of course. Did you try rebooting your phone and then go into networks settings to see if Public Mobile was there?
