Hi,
I have no luck reaching an agent this morning.
i have no service signal at my place, can’t receive a message & call. I would like to cancel the order from today.
can you help me with this?

It seems like there is a system wide outage based on posts since yesterday from different locations. Canceling your account is your choice however, once everything is sorted out you should be fine so maybe you want to wait a few days?
Once your service is back online you can sign into your account to disable the auto pay. After 90 days of non payment and no funds to cover the balance, the account will be closed.
Or you can port the number out to a new provider. But if you are doing that the account cannot be closed.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you just have to wait for their reply.

there was a significant wind event through BC and Alberta late yesterday evening...could be the cause of your issue (if you're in BC or N Alberta)
