Bought US 15_day bundle for my phone and my wife's phone.  Been in US since Monday.  I have NO service.  I had text and email yesterday for the first time.  Nothing today.  My wife can't make phone calls at all, she can only text.  This is ridiculous.

Hi there did your wife restart her phone and check if roaming would be on or off?  As it might need roaming on. If the main number is from Canada and being used in the USA

It sounds like the phones aren't enabled for volte here yet. Are you in Alaska? Yes, use 4G LTE and make sure you're connected to either AT&T or T-Mobile until we verify if you have volte which would then only allow talk on T-Mobile using their old 2G GSM network. Data and text should work fine for both.

Your probably connected to AT&T 5G, which doesn't work. When it momentarily worked, your phone probably connected to AT&T 4G or T-Mobile 4G or 5G.

Set your phone to 4G/LTE preferred and that'll probably solve your problem.

@btcards   Are your phones set to 5G?  If so switch them to 4G/LTE and see if that works better.

Thanks but we use US plan frequently.  Have had no problems until this trip.

Hi yes it is.  We travel to US frequently and this is the first trip where we've had such trouble.

Stupid question - but you never know - have you got roaming enabled?

@btcards - is this the first time you and your wife are using the Roaming bundle whilst in the USA? You say, you've had no services since Monday?

Have you each restarted your phones, this may help connect to the proper network.
