Regarding service failed activation

I received a sim today and it's service activation failed now i am unable to do anything it just shows contact support but unable to reach any customer service representative.

Can anyone help?

Im sorry your having that issue. Believe me it’s not fun. Unfortunately most of their customer service is done through online chat. They do have a 1888 number but its not posted on the PM app, but if you google Public Mobile customer service it will come up on google.

HI @Heena1989 do you have another phone to test the sim? or try to take it out and reinsert

but if still does not work, could be just a sim activation on the system, please submit a ticket with CS agent here
