Just wondering why no reward was added at the time of payment made, is that because no auto pay was registered?

You should see the points added by tomorrow but with today's date. Wait the full 48 hours from the time you reactivated your account or you might just get the a stock reply of: "It can take up to 48 hours to see the points added to your account."

so, you just made the payment earlier today?  The points will be there tomorrow.  I think the trick is to start Private browsing mode, login and you will see the points tomorrow

if you still don't see the points tomorrow, then use Chatbot to open ticket.  Use the Chatbot icon on the lower right

Not through auto pay. My subscription ended on Jun23, I don’t know why on Jun 23 morning, it disconnected. I thought tomorrow will be disconnected. Public mobile why take the money one more day. Therefore, I manually paid through credit card, the point was not adding.

@missorange, it can take up to 48 hrs for the points to be added to your account after payment though in many cases it's usually sooner than that. If after 48 hrs you are still not seeing the points then you should contact the CS_agent clicking on the small orange circle in the bottom right corner or you can open a ticket through the Chatbot:

when you make the payment and when you point was renewed 

the points always show up the next day (maybe even earlier, I just usually don't check on the same day)

if the agent was not helpful, reply and tell them you don't think she is helpful and ask to escalate

Points will be added 24-48 hr after renewing your plan., if you pay today, and your plan is renewed tomorrow, points will be added after tomorrow.

if you paid using auto payment today, points will be added tomorrow.

The support is garbage, he told me wait next month. Yes, I paid through credit card.

did you pay using credit card or renewal through existing available funds on My Account?

if you paid via credit card, points will be added to your account within 48 hours, usually earlier.  In case any cache problem, please login My Rewards site using Incognito mode and check agian

if waited 48 hours and still do not see the points, ask support. 

please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Sadly Public Mobile chose to terminate the legacy rewards program and migrate everyone to the new points system. Granted the ethical thing to do would have been to just swap point systems and let everyone keep the points they earned but.... nope. The new point system is peanuts compared to what the other reward system was.

@missorange , the legacy rewards program has been replaced by the points reward program.  You get points that need to be redeemed for $.
