No referral credit received upon signup

Hello, I recently became a new Public customer and used a referral code upon signup. However, I never received the signup credit, and my son has not received the $1/mo bonus. How do I go about ensuring both of us get our rewards? Thank you!

It has been over a month. He never received a notification or any indication.

It will take about 72 hours for credits to be put into your accounts.

Your son should have got a text stating 

“Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go!”.

This will confirm that RAF code was successful.

@Caroline123 It could take a few days for the credit to come through.  If you've just signed up I'd wait a few days as CS Agent has been dealing with fallout of system change so they've been busy.  If still no notice or credits in a few days, you can contact CS Agent at this link,


They'll be able to fix you up if it's not automatically done.

if 72 hours passed, submit ticket with CS agent and they will add it back

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
