I have not been able to receive phone calls or texts all day. Anyone else having trouble?

@sockbot @eman0621  - as per @crd they tried their SIM into another phone to see if services work. Then move your SIM back into your phone, to see if it corrected itself.

 

Does that work for the both of you?

I am having the same issue with two phones and two plans. Restarting does not resolve anything.

I'm experiencing the same issues, where no phone calls or texts are being received across my 4 plans with 2 iPhones and 2 Android phones.
Restarted phones, disconnected/reconnected back to network and issues/problems persist

Are you living out West there seems to be an issue with the network, but many people from other parts of Canada also seem to be having this issue and have to jump through a few hoops to fix it. Namely the reprovisioning one.

HI @crd   Many reported similar issues last couple days.  Do you have another phone to put your PM SIM into it and test?  Some people tested and said that will fix the problem

Sounds like a Telus maintenance issue as others have the same issue. Could be they're doing upgrades or line maintenance.

edit...Alternative...try the sim in a different unlocked phone.
