Did you port your old number over to PM or picked a new number?
Try powering off the phone by holding down the power button, remove the SIM tray and leave out for 2 minutes, power the phone back on.
If that didn’t work, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on the Community page so they can reset your network.

Are you wanting to port your old number to Public Mobile ? There's several steps involved to port so let us know if you're doing that...then we can provide further guidance.

HI @AJG1 is there any error showing on the phone? Try to reseat your SIM or try to put your SIM in another phone and check if it works
If not, you will need to contact PM CS Agent and they can confirm if the setup was done successfully
And, can you login to My Account to check if account status Active?
Not sure if you can login My Account, probably it is better for you to direct message PM CS Agent to open the ticket:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@AJG1- Have you restarted you phone after you activated. Is this a new activation, or are you just changing your SIM for some reason? If new activation, is your phone compatible with PM network?
