No phone calls in or out

Signed up for canada-us unlimited phone, text, messaging etc., worked fine in Canada, since in US no access to phone calls, sending or receiving.

A work around if you dont have a volte enabled phone that is on PM whitelist is download a voio app like textnow.  Pick a phone # for free and use that to make phone calls.  Use your data and text as usual like in Canada.

@aljjenks  Do you have data roaming turned on in phone settings ? Also set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connecting to T mobile AT&T or Verizon 

also check the PM
