I lost network service since around 7:30pm Oct 09 2025. Is there any other people having same trouble? I don’t think my phone has any problem.

The network problem happened in the second day. I contacted the customer service through private message. Certain feature of my account was “refreshed” in the background by custom service agent. The problem doesn’t happen again.

I didn't reboot my phone. I tried at 7:00am this morning still no service. It is 10am now on Oct.10. The network service came back.

Might want to try a reboot of your phone (if not tried already)
