My husband and i have been having trouble with cellular data. I have an iphone and he has an andriod. Yesterday we both could not get on the internet or use any aps. And the same this is happening today. Turned off and on airplane mode as well as the cellular data. Works for a few minutes and then cuts out.

Is everyone having issues with mobile data? All 5 of our plans are having issues the last 2 days. We keep losing data service and have to reset our phones constantly.

I saw this 404 error too. Tried several times and finally submitted the ticket.

Ours hasn't been working for 2 days and I can't seem to get through to technical support because it's on their end. I've tried all the things they said to try and the chat bot and then when that didn't work it gave me a link to go put a support ticket in and it turns out the support is not there it's a 404 error.

I have iPhone 17, my wife has iPhone 15. We are both on the same subscription plan. Yesterday mobile data stopped working on my phone, but her phone is fine. Nothing helped to make it works.
We live in Vancouver area.

His is an older phone Samsung Galaxy A8. You are right the only fix is turn it off and back on. We are north of Belleville. My phone is a Pixel 6a and it is fine, no issues.

Similar issues
both my wife and I. Data stops working. Looks like it might lock onto 3G. We both have iPhone 16. It may be related to recent Apple update but I think it’s PM. Started about a week ago. Only fix is to power phone off/on. Happens about once per day.
I don’t know if it is region related. We are in Muskoka.

My spouse is having the same problem with his phone. Data will be on, then it drops connection, restart phone, it reconnects but has to do that quite frequently today. My phone is fine.

So out of nowhere, the lte service keeps stopping out of nowhere, not even a no signal icon, just nothing...
Samsung A53 5G, same 4g plan for a couple of years.
Restarted the phone a bunch of time didn't work, I have to manually switch to 5G network (yet my plan is 4G, and if I switch back, LTE seems to stay for a few minutes and quits working again)
My phone doesn't seem to have any issues
Any idea what's happening? Thank you all

My account is active and I have plenty of data available. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times and toggled airplane mode. Data and messaging is only working when I have wifi coverage. Same is happening to my husbands phone.

Sadly, they haven't made any sort of announcement regarding this issue, which is pretty bad after 48 hours. Many customers, including myself and my wife, are still experiencing issues.

Many complaints about data in the last day or so. Happening in Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. Public mobile is aware and trying to figure out a fix.
For some customers, the data just started to work by itself. You can try rebooting your phone ever 1-2 hours. Network reset of phone may help also. Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
