Sadly, they haven't made any sort of announcement regarding this issue, which is pretty bad after 48 hours. Many customers, including myself and my wife, are still experiencing issues.
We have been having the same issue on two different devices, both with Public Mobile. Turning on airplane mode on and off temporarily fixed the issue for me as well yesterday, but I had no data connection again this morning as well.
No voice, data or sms. I’m not even connected to the network. My only option is to make a SOS satellite call. I wondered about purchasing a new e-sim as well. I’m surprised they haven’t suggested trying to do that.
