I have unlimited minutes. My account is up-to-date plus $8 credit. I can send and receive texts with no trouble. I tried resetting my phone and updating the carrier. Not even my voicemail is working. I’ve never had this happen before. Any tips?

This is probably a long shot in the dark, but could you try the Lost/Stolen troubleshooting trick suggested by treefrog in this post to see if you can restore the calling functionality in your account. 

I’m surprised to hear that you’re still unable to make and receive calls even after submitting a ticket successfully and hearing back from the CS_Agent’s. I figured they would simply re-provision your account and everything would be back up and running smoothly.

Yes, thanks. It displays as active. I cannot dial 611 or my voicemail. I tried the rest of those other things several times, and none of them have worked. Ah well. Thanks for trying.

Yes! I tried turning my phone off for five minutes. I tried taking out the sim (and even leaving it out for a while) and putting it back in. I submitted a ticket for help the other day and I have yet to encounter any useful

advice from them. I’m running out of options. 😬 thank you for trying though.

Several customers in the last few days have had similar issues with talk.  Likely related to VoLTE roll out.  

Try to turn off phone for 5 minutes, then reboot on.  

If above suggestions not helpful, likely need to contact customer service agent to help.

Login to your self-service and confirm the status displays as active. You can also check this by dialing 611 which should connect through to the automated system.

 

If all is showing active, try resetting your network connections and rebooting your device and toggling airplane mode on and off. Some people have also had success removing and reinserting the SIM card.
