I have unlimited minutes. My account is up-to-date plus $8 credit. I can send and receive texts with no trouble. I tried resetting my phone and updating the carrier. Not even my voicemail is working. I’ve never had this happen before. Any tips?
I can’t seem to activate the RTT (real-time text) accessibility feature with Public Mobile for some reason. When I go to the RTT/TTY set-up in my iPhone, the RTT doesn’t even show up. Any suggestions?
