Everything works for me except I can't receive incoming calls!!! Sent mods two messages but still no response. It has been a week now. Still being charged by rogers

Incorrect. As the KB doc indicates, Mods do work weekends:

 

When are the community moderators available?

  • Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

 

Fair point that we're currently outside their regular hours now (though they've been working overtime to try to deal with the backlog of messages).

First thing to note: if Roger's SIM still works, keep using it until the port is sorted out. That way you have service, and PM can adjust the start date of your plan (imm1304 isn't a PM employee, but has obviously been here a while).

 

The wait is frustrating for sure. The Mods have been working away at the huge backlog generated by the promo. Seems the current wait is just over a week... Hang in there. Can't wait until wait time return to normal.

 

Details you may already know...

 

Incoming calls is the last piece to come over in a port. That you've waited this long indicates a failed port, requiring Mod intervention (to resubmit the port request).

 

You've already sent a couple private messages to a Mod. If you didn't have the required information, send another (to one Mod; all Mods can see the entire set of messages).

 

Keep using the old SIM...
