Hi,
I recently signed up to Public Mobile, having previously been with Koodo. However, so far, my number has not be ported over from Koodo to Public Mobile, despite requesting it over a week ago.
At the moment, I am being double-charged for this, and it is not something I am able to change myself. It needs to be done by Public Mobile.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

My port from Koodo post paid to PM was instant. I did my activation in the evening as opposed to afternoon when the system was sluggish. Too many reports of the system hanging, crashing, and having to resubmit data which resulted in double billing and possibly porting issues.

If you've done the steps noted above and it didn't port successfully, I would suggest sending a message to the mods. They are the only ones that can complete the port for you. If you have sent a message already, unfortunately you have to wait ...

did you create a temporary number before requesting to port?
did you sign up with a different e-mail adress than your Koodo account?
Those were 2 extra steps i had to do when porting from koodo to PM. After that my port was done in less than 5 minutes
