Ported 2 lines yesterday, but have no incoming calls or texts.
I can make calls and data seems to work.
Please help, thank you

Hi, yes for both lines. We also had confirmation calls too.
Do I have to make a ticket for the other line too?

@Harnek sounds like the port didn’t complete . Did you leave old providers sim in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
