No incoming calls, straight to voicemail

I have updated my credit card on the payment date. Do I need to make a payment as well.  My account says it is suspended. What service do I get with a suspended account? I am not receiving my calls it is going straight to voicemail. I can phone out.

@arlycehamilton  - how can you call out if your account is in suspended status?

 

If it is Suspended status, you will need to make a manual payment

If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try adding a $1 top-up payment. 

Or try

  1. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB
  2. Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB
  3. Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON
  4. Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service
  5. Log off your account. Log back in. Reboot your phone.

 

If still issues reactivating the plan, ask CSA for assistance.

Payment are processed in early hours EST. If you updated your card on renewal day, you are too late.

You have to do manual payment and reactivate your service.
