Hi, I transferred my Roger's phone number to Public Mobile yesterday, however, I can only make outbound call. I cannot receive inbound call and text.

port team from both Telus and Rogers could do nothing.. so it's a waste of time.
Sounds like there is a bigger issue here. What gives public mobile?

hahah! welcome to my world, I have the same issue, it's been 5 days possibly longer! Yeah no traction yet.
Question for you, is it the same scenario: For me it is ONLY incoming calls from people calling from Rogers! Any other provider makes my phone ring and I can answer. However, when a Rogers user calls me they get "Welcome to rogers wireless voicemail"

I have called rogers a number of times as well as apparently have a ticket with this ...provider (trying to be kind here).. and Rogers is the only one who's been helpful. Although all they could offer was "i'm sorry your account is closed and there is nothing they can do" and "you need to get the PM techs to escalate this to work with Rogers second level.
so ya,.. aren't you glad you ported over?

@Chunhao Sounds like your port didn't complete properly. Are inbound calls still coming via Rogers? You might need to get the port process re-initiated. I'll send you a msg with a number to reach the port team.
