No data after changing plan from 3G to LTE

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

On iPhone11 Pro Max. No data and no text but voice works. Changed APN from to with no difference. Network reset did not work either. Tried different phone and same so looks like account issue? Thanks for your help in advance!

It's not being fixed at all. 

30 hrs since trying to contact support agents and 14 hours since agent said they are trying to fix it.


How many days should I wait with no service before switching providers?

Yes there seems to be an influx of this over the weekend, a little concerning. Hopefully this is something fixed fairly quickly!!

Public Mobile doesn't have SIM cards that enable faster speeds, but even if they did, changing plans wouldn't break the SIM card.
