Texting, data and incoming calls not working since my plan was changed yesterday. I've sent 2 messages and opened 2 tickets without any acknowledgement. Even a national outage, doesn't take this long to fix, WTH Public/Telus ?

It's not being fixed at all. 30 hrs since trying to contact support agents and 14 hours since agent said they are trying to fix it. How many days should I wait with no service before switching providers?
