Any Customer Service Agents working ? 36 Hours without service !!

Texting, data and incoming calls not working since my plan was changed yesterday.

 

I've sent 2 messages and opened 2 tickets without any acknowledgement.

 

Even a national outage, doesn't take this long to fix, WTH Public/Telus ?

@Justinloewen   Hopefully you're back up. My research suggests no service guarantees 100% uptime. This was my solution: Solved: 100% SERVICE - Community (publicmobile.ca)

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.

Unfortunately sounds like right away to them is 12-48 hours.  

Switching to koodo in the morning if not resolved!

It sounds like there might be a Telus outage in your area. 
Check map to be sure:

I am surprised a CS_Agent didn’t get back to you sooner.

FYI, it might take up to 48 hours for a CSAgent to respond.

I just upgraded my plan and it was renewed, but I have no service. Tried all the suggestions and still nothing. Sending in a ticket now. I hope this gets fixed right away.
