It seems that PM shipping department are miss shipping the bonus SIM lately.
You can contact the CS_Agent and explain your issue.

You will need to contact CSA agents to get the second sim card. Contact them via the chat bot. If you can include a screenshot of the email stating two sim cards as well as the order number
