Hi, after I ordered a SIM card, I got an email noting that I would get a bonus SIM card in addition to my order. When the package arrived, there was only one SIM card...

It seems that PM shipping department are miss shipping the bonus SIM lately.

You can contact the CS_Agent and explain your issue.

You will need to contact CSA agents to get the second sim card. Contact them via the chat bot.  If you can include a screenshot of the email stating two sim cards as well as the order number
