No Services @ Home and Unable to create a ticket

@CS_Agent I had no services for 2 days, I'm unable to reach the support and when attempting to create a ticket support it give me an error:

@softech yes correct it was working before until now, changing the network mode to LTE, 3G doesn't work either. I assume LTE is 4G since I don't see the 4G option in my phone. I will use the link you sent me to send a ticket support thank you.

so, your service was working at home before and just not last 2 days?

Please first try to change your network mode to 4G, 3G and try them both , see if any of them work

If still not working, please submit a ticket by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
