Unable to resubmit a port and get error when submitting a ticket.

I'm at a complete standstill here porting. My port failed, I fixed the issue with the old provider but I cannot resubmit port. I also cannot contact support via chat bot, I get error 404. I tried clearing cookies and site data. HELP!

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
