I tried answering a phone call and the call got dropped. From that moment, I am unable to get any service. I tried restarting my phone and resetting the network setting. But no luck. I really need urgent help. Thanks!

@brianon8off8   Could be a network issue.  If you have a phone around, put the SIM in another phone. This can test as well as force a re-provisioning of the SIM.  There has been some network issue in the last 2 days and this tricks help to jump start the service back.

 

If you don't have another phone and all the checks fail, open ticket with PM Support:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

I do not have a push pin nor a spare phone at the moment. My phone is not blacklisted.

@brianon8off8  - does toggling into airplane mode then back again help? Or, even try removing your SIM card, then gently re-inserting it.

You may also try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if that improves services.

 

If still issues, can you try your SIM card into another phone to see if issue persists?

@brianon8off8 did you try reseat your SIM (power off, take sim out for a minute , then put it back and power up)

 

What is it showing on the phone status?  Does it show it connected to PM?  Is Mobile Data working?

 

Try to put your SIM in another phone if possible.  If it work on another phone, check if your phone is blacklisted:

This could be a temporary network problem that resolves itself.  Is this a new activation?  Was service working properly before?
