Hi there, I just got my new SIM card in my phone. Rebooted the phone, but there is still no service so I'm not receiving the codes sent to my new number to verify my new number. What should I do?

If you picked a new PM number then just reboot the phone with the PM SIM in the phone.
But if you ported your old number to PM, you need to reply to the text from your old carrier and confirm with YES within the 90 minute window. Your old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours until porting is completed then power off the phone and switch the SIM.

if esim, could be a setup on your phone

Yes, just joining now. I signed up using the public mobile app. I just don't have any service showing up.
