Hi Public,
I want to transfer my number from Public to another provider, but after they sent a port request to Public, I did not receive any SMS from Public. Instead, I received an email from Public, How I should do next.

@ynhappyma Try contacting PM customer support by submitting a ticket via chatbot and explain the problem about not receiving the transfer texts. Here's a link to chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
BTW, I'd also suggest that you ask support to remove any payment card from the PM account before leaving or login and disable pre-authorized payments as once the number is transferred you will lose account access.
edit: @ynhappyma BTW, you are keeping the PM SIM in your phone while you wait to receive the transfer request?

I called another carrier three times within 5 hours, and they sent three times port requests to Public, and they let me contact PM.

@ynhappyma That does seem odd to receive a text from PM if you are porting out your number to another carrier. However, you'll need to contact the other carrier and have them request that PM send another transfer text request and you'll need to keep the PM SIM in your phone to respond with a YES within 90 minutes window.
