My husband has an account with you. I need to know what we used for an email address and password for him. I had an issue with my account where I had to destroy my credit card and then my service was interrupted because the card didn’t work on auto pay. I’ve changed the card number and my stuff is working well, but I need to see what his is under, and I can’t find it. I’m sorry, I didn’t write it down, and he doesn’t know either because I set it up. Thank You.

@FrancisLowell Yes, it's frustrating if you forget the login info, but hopefully customer support will get it sorted quickly once you've submitted a ticket.
BTW, if you have a problem submitting a ticket, you can try sending a private message to CS_Agent instead here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
However, first try the chatbot/ticket option as it's supposed to receive a faster response. Good luck!
edit: @FrancisLowell I'd also suggest that you also ask support to have your username changed to something generic (or just initials) if you are using your real name for the community account. Also use the down arrow on your first post and select edit and then delete your husband's name from your post as you are posting on an open public forum.

Yes have tried emails, not getting anywhere. Need to check his account. My fault, I set it up and didn’t make a note of it, can’t believe I did that.
