Hi,
I redeemed Rewards points for U.S. Data (15 days) two days ago.
I'm in the U.S. now but cannot access the data.
I'm attaching the email confirmation I received below:

I've tried all the proposed solutions. However, nothing seems to resolve this issue.

Try AT&T. I forgot to tell you to reboot your phone by powering off then back on for both network.

You will need to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile Network.
Also enable VoLTE in Voice and Data setting if you are calling.
